SECTION 7 – REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee in the event you are not entirely satisfied with your product and/or course. You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase in order to claim your refund, and we reserve the right to request feedback from you and/or urge you to trial the product and/or course for a given period (after which your 30-days’ grace will still apply), prior to making a refund. If after any such trial period you are still not satisfied we will of course refund your money in full, less any credit card charges.

We do not accept any chargebacks by your credit card company.  In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database, or for listing as a delinquent account which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the full payment owed to us for the amount of the chargeback.
